The second most important criteria is Communication. As the entire Outsourcing business model is dependent on actual delivery generating from an offshore center, it is of paramount importance to the International client that the offshore delivery partner has the right project management systems and controls in place so that they are able to communicate in real time and the client is able to effectively monitor progress and status on their outsourced projects.
The third critical factor while deciding on which SEO firm to outsource to, is Client confidentiality and Data Security. As third party vendors, Indian SEO outsourcing firms need to realize that the Clients confidentiality is maintained and at no point should they try to establish contact with the International SEO firms’ direct client. Stringent Non disclosure norms need to be in place before any Outsourcing transaction is closed. International SEO firms need to check whether the offshore delivery centers have enough Security and Access Control Systems in place before outsourcing.
Another Important aspect is the quality of the workforce employed by the SEO Outsourcing Company. The SEO Outsourcing firm must employ experienced SEO professionals and must continuously invest in their training and development so as to deliver state of art service delivery to their International clients.
